Winter Workout Program

Due to the school cancellation due to winter weather, there will be no workout Tuesday, December 17. Participants can make up this workout after yoga on Saturday. 

Athletes receive training designed to help tennis players increase agility, endurance, strength, flexibility and confidence.Training sessions include plyometrics, age and weight-appropriate strength training, and yoga.
