Teams (10) : Althoff, Belleville East, Chaminade (new for 2019), Edwardsville,  Highland, Jefferson City (MO), Jersey Community, Mascoutah, Quincy,  Triad.

Format: -- 6 singles and 3 doubles; players may play both.  Coaches may change their lineup from match to match but are not permitted to “stack." All the scoring will be add or regular scoring with a 10-pt. Match Tiebreaker played in place of a third set. Coaches may agree before matches start to play out a full third set IF it's both teams' last match of the day.  Each coach will provide one-half of the balls necessary to play each match, which he or she then keeps.

Times: Play will begin (first points played) at 1:00 on Friday and at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Seeding Information: Please email (dlipe@ecusd7.org) any seeding information, especially team strength AND avoidance requests by midnight the Monday before the tournament. Draws will be viewable online (below) on Wednesday before the tournament.

​

Rain Plan: If rain is predicted as a strong probability on Friday and Saturday, the tournament will be cancelled Thursday evening. If rain is predicted for Saturday, we will attempt to play three rounds on Friday using the 2 singles/3 doubles format (tie-breakers for 3rd sets); if rain is predicted for Friday but not Saturday, we will try to play the entire tournament on Saturday using the 2 singles/3 doubles format with tie-breakers for the third sets. Indoors is only an option if most of the tournament has already been completed when the rain begins.

Lunch on Saturday: Please do not go out to eat on Friday or Saturday until the day’s matches are completed. Instead, either pack a cooler or send someone out.

​

Score Reporting: The winner of each round is asked to please call in the team score to Kirk Schlueter (618.791.4221) or Jack Carmody of Triad (618.444.4921).
