Miscellaneous: Travel between sites will be kept to a minimum. Each team provides half the balls for each match, which they then keep. Official tournament t-shirts will be available throughout the event. All teams are expected to complete the tournament; a team may elect to not play beyond the clinching score. Teams are required to eat on-site or as they travel; you will not have time to go “out” for lunch—send someone to pick up food, or bring a cooler.

Rain Planning: If rain is likely for Friday and Saturday, then the tournament will be cancelled late Thursday evening. If play is cancelled on Friday due to rain, then 3 rounds will be played on Saturday; if three rounds are played on Saturday, the first two will play "fast 4" for the singles for the first two rounds; the doubles will remain the same.
