EHS Chess
Developing, Learning, Serving
The EHS Chess Club was re-ignited on March 5, 2021. The club was formed to teach players how to play the game, help experienced players develop their game, and serve the community. The club will meet monthly and compete in competitions.
Meeting Schedule
Club meetings: Tuesdays at the EHS Tennis Center through Oct 19.
Weekly play sessions:
Learn to play sessions: Tuesday, March 9 and Tuesday, March16 12:30-1:30.

Committees and Chairs
Publicity: manages social media, creates posters and announcements, and communicates with media.
Membership: This committee recruits new members.
Community Service. Organizes and executes our yearly community service project.
Coaching: This committee teaches the game to prospective members.
Social: This committee plans club events including parties and field trips.
